Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All Sales are Final/Return Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
