Thank you for your interest in booking with me! As we work toward the completion of our very own salon “home” I will be working via a temporary location. As such, some policies have been put in place to ensure an enjoyable experience for both me and my clients.
Please read through these (like all the way 😉) so our sessions can be focused on your self-care, because well, you deserve it!

PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION
Foundation of work:
We DO NOT work over other nail artist’s work. WE MEAN IT!
Clients arriving with nails that have been done by others and do not wish to remove their existing set and start fresh will be asked to reschedule and will be charged a same-day cancellation fee equal to 100% of scheduled service.
Early arrivals:
To honor each client’s self-care session time, we ask that you arrive no earlier than your scheduled appointment time.
Reschedules:
We ask that you do your best to ensure that you are able/available to make the session you have booked with us. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment at our earliest available date/time but due to limited booking availability we may not be able to guarantee another appointment.
Your session and deposit are NON-TRANSFERRABLE. We will not honor a reschedule for any other person(s).
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment (this means we will not refund this portion back to you and we will not honor it for any other person).
Once the deposit payment has been received, your appointment will be confirmed via email and an address will be provided.
Deposits CANNOT be transferred to another individual
Deposits can be credited to another appointment should you need to reschedule (please see “Cancellations + Rescheduling” policy below).
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES
NextLVL Nail Studio is a “by appointment only” business. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a GREAT impact on the business and those servicing clients.
We require 24-HOUR advanced notice of cancellation. NO exceptions.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours can be rescheduled within the calendar month of the original appointment date.
Your deposit cannot be carried over to the following calendar month or to another individual for a rescheduled appointment.
Cancellation notices received less than 24 hours will result in:
· Same-day cancellation fee of up to 50% of scheduled service;
· Loss of deposit credit toward any rescheduled appointment within the calendar month of the original appointment date.
We will do our best to reschedule your appointment at our earliest available date/time but due to limited booking availability, we may not be able to guarantee another appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS
If you’re going to be late – call us! 😉 Otherwise, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your session if you arrive more than 10 minutes late without providing notice.
No-call/ No-show
· 1st no-show - A fee equal to 100% of scheduled service;
· 2nd no-show – Removal from NextLVL client list;
· Failure to pay for the previous no-show - Removal from NextLVL client list.
NO GUESTS & CHILDREN
We mean it. Space is limited so we must emphasize NO children or extra guests.
Clients who arrive with extra guests or children will be asked to reschedule and will be charged a same-day cancellation fee.
